Phone call - General talk standard questions about myself etc Skype interview - The person on the other end kind of rushed the skype interview, fairly easy Assessment Centre - Introduction by the instructor, followed by self introduction, then a Q&A 20 questions, finally a Presentation and a debate. The Q&A was fairly straight forward, I scored 17/20. Presentation - "Explain DevOp", split into groups and prepare for the presentation, at the same time we were given a side topic "Pro & Against Jeremy Cobyn" again at the same time the instructor was pulling people out for 1:1 interview and in the group 1 person was assigned to buy lunch for others. effectively giving us 4 tasks within an hour. 1 guy also walked out during the assessment day Throughout i thought i did pretty well but i did not received an offer in the end, which i believe was utter rubbish. Later I found out the instructor selected 2 girls and failed the rest of the 10 guys. Later I did some research on QA and .NetBuilder, I found out they are fairly racist 80% of their candidates are white, also on the day all staff were also white. If you are Asian you should avoid you are highly unlikely to get through!

Straight forward interview process. First complete strengths based test, then typical aptitude test which is followed by phone call interview. After if successful there is a face to face interview.
