Two rounds of phone interviews: first with the recruiter and then with the management team.
After passing the initial phone screen, you are asked to take a Logic test and DISC personality profile. The DISC is an online assessment. The Logic test can be taken at home. You are given an hour to complete the test. The test is a mix of math word problems, syntax checking, pattern recognition and logic flow.
