2 rounds of interview. 1st one two people were there. One guy asked all PHP & web related stuffs. Second guy asked questions more focussed in Laravel. Second round was technomanagerial. I got the offer but had to reject it because they didn't even show the professionalism to give industry standard hike. I had informed that I was looking for a change with x LPA salary & negotiable upto x-2 LPA. They said they will proceed with the interview process and all. But after two round which lasted about 45 minutes each they send an offer letter of x-5 LPA. Just one piece of advice to QBurst team, if you can't offer proper package at least don't waste precious time of other and advice for those appearing for interview make sure you negotiate well before starting process. They will say that salary revision every 6 months is available & all. Don't fall for that.
