Responded to the position. HR phone interview 2 days later Onsite interview with Senior Executive 2 days later (Pretty much explaining what they were looking for and an overview of the Company). Letter of offer 2 days later. They knew what they were looking for and my experience was a match to their business needs. Everything was straightforward , casual environment and yet professional.
