The overall interview process took 2+ months One HR interview, one hiring manager interview, one with the team, one in person with the hiring manager. Some behavioral questions, some skill questions. Felt very conversational, I really like the hiring manager and team. At the end of the final interview, hiring manager said the team wanted to issue an offer. A few days later recruiter called to feel me out and go over details before she sent over the offer. We chatted & I wanted some of the details confirmed so she said she would get back to me after talking to the HM. Never heard from them again. Completely ghosted, not even a canned workday message. What an absolutely bizarre situation for a company to do in 2025.

Get ready to get ghosted. I've been ghosted twice here for two different opportunities. The interviews were straightforward and simple. The first opportunity - I went through three rounds of interviews. Mostly casual and conversational. The recruiter was very engaged and communicative. After my last interview, this person completely disappeared even after I sent a follow up. With this in mind, I received an automated rejection email at 1am on a Saturday two weeks later. The second opportunity came up two months later. The second recruiter said that I seemed like a great fit for two possible positions and told me that they would set up interviews for the following week. Never heard from this person again. I did send a follow up email. Very disappointing. QTS recruiting - if you are reading this - please communicate to your candidates status - even if it's a "no." A personal email goes a long way as opposed to a 1am rejection email on a weekend. Show a little respect for people's time and commitment. Keep in mind - your recruitment tactics are a reflection of how your company operates.
