Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela QVC (Chesapeake, VA) em jan. de 2016

Great interview! I was contacted by a mass email then I had a brief phone interview. The phone interview went well and I was asked to come in for the face-to-face interview. There were quite a few applicants there so they are probably doing a mass hiring. A group of us were given information about the company for about 10 minutes. I was then interview by a manager and I was nervous but excited at the same time. Be prepared to answer questions about your work experience and customer service skills. Yes, there may be a few role play scenarios. I was given two and I was given a cheat sheet as a reference. I was offered the position after my interview. I believe my interviewer was sincere and wants me to succeed as an employee as well as an individual. I will follow up with my experience working for QVC!!

The process was watching an animated scene, then rating each potential answer. I thought it was basic and made sense. However I believe they want to see you choose several answers as being acceptable responses, not just one.

I applied online and had to set up and interview. It was on Microsoft Teams. It was the basic Star method. The interview questions consisted of knowing how to troubleshoot and basic customer service related questions. Overall, I had a bad experience.
It was a basic interview process. Nothing out of the ordinary. Just sell yourself and you should be fine at the very least. Don’t think I would apply ever again though
