The talent acquisition team rep reached out to me to discuss the position. We scheduled a time to connect via phone. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate the discussion time. The interviewer never called at the scheduled time. I never received an email to cancel or reschedule the discussion prior to the call. I emailed to follow up and the interviewer claimed they were sick at the scheduled time. We rescheduled and at the day and time of the rescheduled appointment the interviewer didn't call AGAIN with no email or communication prior to the scheduled appointment to reschedule or cancel. No one reached out to me for more than a week and then I received an email telling me I was no longer being considered for the position. I would never work for a company that treats candidates in this manner, very unprofessional.
