It was rather casual but I had this vibe that the things they were saying, sounds a bit too good to be true. At least, they did ask what were any of my personal reservations when it came to topics to write about.

The interviewers will prompt with schedule. They offered drinks. The process was relaxed and casual as they get to know you. The office had minimal noise. The atmosphere is comfortable.
It was quick, the writing test was also pretty simple. Instructions were clear and they gave sites/references and ample time to finish it. The people who interviewed me were friendly and were open to questions.
