Poor, unprofessional, rude!
HR person too keen to tell about themself, not about company. I found them very rude and not genuine, which undermined my whole feeling about joining the company after they interfered with my job offer to the point I rejected it.
CEO - good, visionary, has great ideas, and nice person when interviewed with him. He offered me job, agreed salary and working conditions. HR gave me offer that was different to CEO offer. I asked HR to change, they refused, telling me accept or they will offer to other candidate. Rude!
I wish I had found Glassdoor and researched the other feedback before I interviewed - I would have learned then what I learned after!

Entrevista
I applied for a finance job at Qadre in June 19 and was invited for a telephone interview with the Office Manager, this lasted 30 minutes. This covered the basics of the role, expectations, my CV, and skill set. Also, a clear explanation of the company, culture, and values. When the interview ended, I knew I wanted the Job at Qadre.
I was excited for the second interview two days later, with the company chair and another senior member of the team. This interview lasted an hour and focussed on requirements of the role and my abilities to fulfil the role. Also, where I felt I could help the Finance function of Qadre to develop and grow. I was delighted later that day to be offered the job at Qadre.
During both interviews all questions asked was relevant and all my questions was answered in detail.
The interview and onboarding process were smooth and efficient. I had access to everything I needed to fulfil my role from the start. I have now been at Qadre 14 months and have no regrets of accepting the job and would recommend others to join the Qadre team.

Entrevista
I was interviewed for the role of Management Support and Office Coordinator at the end of September 2019. The process took just over two weeks from me submitting my job application for this position.
The interview process was extremely smooth and was in three stages, the first stage was a telephone interview with the Executive Assistant of Qadre, this person’s techniques when interviewing me was of a very high professional standard, putting me at ease immediately and fully explaining what the role I had applied for involved. During my telephone interview, my CV was fully discussed along with my skill set, this also included what I could bring to Qadre. All questions I asked were fully answered, these included the work of the Company and its culture. During this interview, I knew that this was the right company for me to work for as I could feel the energy, positivity, and culture that Qadre could offer me. I was delighted when I was offered a 2nd interview later that day.
The 2nd interview took place a week later this was with the Executive Assistant and Projects Manager, again I was put immediately at ease. This interview lasted just over an hour and went into detail with me explaining the strengths and abilities that I had and could offer. All questions I asked which were relevant to this position was answered in full and it gave me a clear picture of the work I would be involved in if I was successful. I was offered a 3rd interview later that day and this was to meet the CEO of the company.
The 3rd Interview took place four days later and the CEO made me feel extremely welcome and again put me at ease immediately. The interview lasted one hour, and the CEO gave me great insight into the Company and its culture. My strengths and abilities were discussed in length and how these could be utilised within the role I had applied for.
After the interview had been completed, I was delighted to be offered the job.
The onboarding process was exceptionally smooth, and I had access to everything I needed to fulfil my role.
