Hi Guys, I'm from Indonesia. Well, first of all I appiled for Customer service agent job and got invited for assesment day in Jakarta on August 1st, 2016. I wasn't selected for that position. Then HR called me before I went home after that, and asked whether I have any experience in Ticketing. I told her that I have 2 yrs experience in travel agent industry. She asked to a very quick interview for what I've done in travel agency and said that I've shortlisted to be Senior Operations Agent. She said that she will contact me in 2 weeks. After that, I got invited to attend Skype interview. The manager of QR Holiday and HR were there. I was a lil bit nervous for a moment, then i could handle well.
