there was a cv drop, the recruiter talks to you about few things and check your cv and your English level then if you pass, there is a final interview with the hiring manager

They asked common questions, to introduce ourselves and whether you're flexible to work night shifts and such, then for the final interview they ask a little about how you handle conflict and how you've dealt with a difficult customer and what you know about the job, although you wait for a long time afterwards for a response
