Four stage process with initial screening, tech interview, behavioural and psychometric testing. I got through all 4 stages and received the background check email. I called HR and was told I didn't get past the second stage. That's ludicrous and I feel like they were lying or had cancelled the role. Salary decreased by £10k from initial offer to post third stage offer. When I pointed that out they said the budget hadn't been approved. Complete waste of time dealing with these people. One of the interviewers didn't even turn on their camera and had a difficult accent so you couldn't even read his lips.
