Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Qcells (Cartersville, GA).
Entrevista
First had a phone screen with an HR rep which was followed by a first round interview with the hiring manager. Literally 10 minutes into the first round interview, the hiring manager proceeded to tell me that my background is not a good match for the position. Why schedule the interview in the first place if thats the case? To me this indicates dysfunctional leadership and operation and not a good workplace environment. Also, the job description said nothing about the need to be bilingual to fulfill the responsibilities of the open position, yet the interview process included a korean speaking portion for which the HR rep did give advanced notice so thats not the issue. Rather this approach to the job interview indicates an issue with most American subsidiaries of Korean companies, inability to establish a work culture and environment independent of its Korean parent company.

Do you have in house or private sector experience?
They took about 4 weeks after I applied before getting back to me to schedule an interview. After the initial call with the HR I went in for an in-person interview where I met with a panel of interviewers.
