Entrevista
You don’t talk to a recruiter until after completing a Hackerrank and a 1-hour technical interview. Why waste candidates’ time when the recruiter could clarify basic role expectations upfront? Despite being honest about my skills and experience in my resume, I was told in the final round that Pandas is a “requirement.” If this was so critical, why wasn’t it mentioned earlier? Communication is nonexistent. After the final interview, I was left in limbo for over a week with no updates. Even after I followed up multiple times, they ignored me until they finally rejected me late on a Thursday. The role was reposted while I was still in the process, which shows they were stringing me along while interviewing other candidates. The entire process feels disorganized, disrespectful, and like they don’t value candidates’ time or effort.
Absolutely one of the worst interviews if not the worst one... The interviewer does not have a tech background and asked you things about modules which he only knows the names, it's too awful.
