Completed all stages successfully dragged out across a 2 month recruitment process, invited to a customer facing event pending "final decision" though you're ahead it's all good. Hiring manager then goes away for 2 weeks on annual leave dodges calls for a week thereafter and then drops oh we've gone for the other candidate.. its a culture thing. Never had an interview process so irritating
