Qmax Systems conducts a written test on aptitude and technical skills, followed by technical interviews focusing on C programming, embedded systems, and electronics, and concludes with a final HR interview.

The assessment process comprises two written rounds: one featuring fundamental questions and another with slightly more challenging inquiries, primarily focused on electronics and C programming. Following these, there is a one-hour interview session. Overall, the evaluation spans approximately one hour.
