First round interview with the co-founder and HR. The conversation was smooth and joyful, mostly about personal experience and motivation. Felt respect duiring the interview, but didn't get any response afterwards even with following up, which is not respectful

Entrevista
The process had ~4 steps. I was contacted by a recruiter in June, did a talk with they, had a meeting with CEO and senior developer over google meet, Then I heard nothing for a week or two, and got email saying that everyone is on vacation, After 1-2 weeks I got a tech test. I did it in a week and send it, hear nothing for 1-2 weeks, after an email saying everyone is on vacation. Then I hear back after complaining a bit to the recruiter from the CEO that they have checked and want to move to next step. Just need to wait for the rest are back from vacation. Then I hear nothing, until 2 weeks ago. Where they wanted to book time, but only gave me early morning or 16, physical at office. I said I can't those times. And went back and forth. tried to find more times. I said I can later but not earlier. Could do digital as well. Today I heard back from recruiter that they hired others instead.
