It really surprised me because it was very informal. The interviewer hasn't read my cv and didn't know what to ask because of my position I already had all the answers. After 10 minutes he had a phone call and told that in that moment he couldn't speak but only needed 5 minutes to call him back. He even confessed he was going to fire some people in the Hr department. Waste of time.
