I have talked with the recruiters at Qualstaff Resources on a couple of occasions. Both times I was told that I would not be able to interview with the hiring manager at their client company's location before starting work there. Apparently it is against Qualstaff's policies to allow for the client and temporary worker to meet each other before the work assignment starts. This situation is not suitable for me, so I have declined to accept work through Qualstaff.
