45 minutes phone interview first, and then got invitation for onsite on the same day. onsite is to meet 6-8 people, and each meeting is about 45 minutes. the questions of onsite and phone interview has no much difference. it is all about wireless comms, signal processing, estimation theory, and probability.

Applied online. Had 6 rounds including manager and Director round. They were very nice during the discussions and made me very comfortable and welcoming. Director round I have got an idea on my compensation part and after that HR round there is nothing much to negotiate. They took my competing offers and did their own calculations to decide my offer. Then HR called me to say about what they are planning to offer me. But nevertheless overall process was only fair and nice.
