HR arranged a phone interview very nicely way, but manger were late about an half hour. technical and personnel questions. No results came out yet. I mean no response from manager and HR after phone interview. I gave up bt still open in application satatus.

Started with HR interview. Asking standard questions like why you wanna join us.
Proceeded with hiring manager interview. 2 Hiring managers, 1 left without saying anything. Both of them did not turn on the webcam, which i think is deemed very rude.
Still running 6" wafers. shabby outlook.

Got an interview 2weeks after applying online. Interview started off with HR which lasted for about 30 minutes. This is followed by a technical interview with 2 hiring managers for about 1hour. Everything went smoothly and professionally.

At the beginning, I submitted me application on-line, and after 2 weeks I got interview request. First interviewed with manger from the hiring department, and after 2 weeks I interviewed again with HR.
