I had an email from HR, after two days from my job submitting in their website. After a week the planned a phone interview which followed by onsite interview invitation. I had an interview with one of the manager for a 45 min. I presented my research result in a one hour presentation for a crowd of 20 people for an hour followed by 10 minute question. Then 4 interview in a row by high ranks staff member that they are all graduated from top 20 universities with PhD degree. I thought I was good, but apparently not good enough. ;)
