Very quick and easy. Was interviewed while attending one of their conferences for college students a few years back. Had one in-person interview solving a coding problem on whiteboard and another phone interview with a different engineer on background and generic conceptual questions.

candidates for interview were selected on basis of written test conducted earlier.
Technical round focussed on digital design, CMOS basics.
HR had general questions about relocation, motivation for company.

The interview was conducted with two phone screens, each 45 minutes each. One was technical with a simple algorithm question followed by a brain teaser and discussion of interests and the other interview was an in depth discussion of my background.
