Hey, so I just had the worst experience interviewing with this big company. Not only did they put me through multiple rounds of interviews, but they also tried to lowball me on my compensation in exchange for a "higher quality of life". Yeah, right. To top it off, after all that effort and negotiation, they completely ghosted me. No email, no phone call, nothing. It's like they didn't even care that I invested so much time and energy into their interview process. Honestly, if this is how they treat their potential employees, I can't imagine how they treat their actual employees. It's ridiculous and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or energy on this company. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. There are plenty of other companies out there that will treat you with respect and value your time and skills.
