I was invited by the hiring manager to the San Diego HQ. The interview was with 7 people including HR. The questions were not very technical. They wanted to know in details about my experiences in designing complex Multi media SOCs. Everyone was very friendly and really welcomed you to the department. HR was quite thorough about the current compensation. I met couple of other people in later days as I was in the area and it was overall a very good experience. One thing that I was quite impressed, was in the planning and logistics of the whole interview process starting from the Travel plan to details about the interview committee.
