It was a very positive interview process, with an excellent structure to the hiring process. The only disappointing thing was the final stage was made out as a cultural fit, and that the job was in the bag; however, it was still a knockout round. A total of 4 interviews felt overkill for the role. I was disappointed to have to go to it.

The interview process with Qflow was very clear and straightforward. I had the opportunity to discuss the role with a recruiter, meet with key team members and present a case study to the CEO. I really enjoyed every step of the process and had an excellent onboarding experience as well.
