Very Simple :
A test to measure your speed Vs Accuracy followed by three rounds of interview.
First two were technical rounds and last one was HR round
Power electronics knowledge is required for software position also
Entire process of interview and written test completed within same day itself.

Entrevista
On site Interview lasted about 4-5 hours. Mostly HR questions. First was a phone call interview where the HR asked basic questions related to your resume and then scheduled an on site interview the following week. There were 3 Employers who would have a one on one interview asking questions related to resume.
