It was a one-one interview, had very basic questions about fish biology and husbandry, was asked to discuss previous relevant work experience, was given a tour of the facility, entire process took 1-1.5hrs

The person interviewing was talk a lot of trash on other companies and was not professional. They want to use the most out of a person without giving much back. I wish I went through a more professional experience especially being offered a position than denied right after I asked what are the benefits and pay getting no response for weeks.
