I had applied for 2 jobs, the first was Network Admin and the phone interview was scheduled almost immediately. I applied for the other job when it was posted 2 weeks later and was soon given an in person interview at a central location in my area. It was informal, light conversation regarding my experience and the work environment. I had foreknowledge of the company from a previous interview in which I had to turn down a job offer so it went much more smoothly than others may experience.

Phone screening, then in-person. Was held at a central location to both myself and the interviewer, as the position was to cover a rather large territory in Illinois and Missouri. Very easy going and got off-topic a few times, but overall was a good fit. I would definitely recommend QNS.
