The overall experience was a waste of time. I had 4 interviews scheduled with 8 different people in various positions at Qualtrics, that's not counting the recruiter's initial phone interview. The way they structure the interview is very inefficient, if you were scheduled to be interviewed with 2 people in one session instead of bringing both interviewers in at the same time they bring them in sequentially so you essentially get asked the same question multiple times. I was asked to tell them about my work history 7 times, it gave me the impression some of the interviewers didn't bother reviewing my CV prior to the interview. Also one of the managers that interviewed me mentioned that after the interview process is complete they meet and discuss if I am suitable for the position, in other words just because you are being called back to come for another interview it doesn't mean you're progressing from one stage to the next. The process was a complete overkill for the type of role I was being interviewed for. Unless you have a lot of spare time on your hands or desperate for a job I would suggest spending your time pursuing roles at other companies.
