      I applied to Qualtrics through a job posting on LinkedIn. About a week later, I was contacted by one of their internal recruiters to have a preliminary phone screen. In this call, I was told that while the position I applied for was likely too junior relative to my experience, there were a couple of other positions that would be a better fit. I asked for both job descriptions to be sent to me - in this call and in a follow-up email - and it never happened. A couple of days subsequent to my initial phone screen, I was set up for a video interview with one of the potential team leads. Bear in mind that I still didn't have a job description and didn't know if the person with whom I'd be speaking oversaw either one - not getting off to a good start. As for the video interview itself, it can best be described as exceptionally weird. The interviewer arrived more than five minutes late (with no notification from anyone on the scheduling side of things) and then proceeded to launch into a series of very general, high level questions that quickly revealed he had neither looked at my resume nor, frankly, cared to be having this conversation. He seemed disengaged and downright surly, going so far as to get out of his chair and start walking to the door while shouting out, "We'll be in touch" five minutes before the interview was slated to end. Two days later, I received a canned email saying that my candidacy was no longer under consideration. But it wasn't clear if this was for the initial role (which I'd already been told I was overqualified for) or the other (still undefined) positions the recruiter had mentioned. This necessitated me reaching back out to the recruiter, who said that it was a blanket rejection for all roles. It's unclear what the root cause of the second interviewer's unprofessional nature was. Maybe these interviews were simply for show, that he'd already identified internal candidates. Maybe news of SAP's acquisition two days prior had him feeling on edge. Only he could say, but boy did it leave a bad taste in my mouth. The lack of respect for the time and energy that goes into applying for jobs was on clear display. I'm still completely baffled.

      Interviewed for Sydney, CSM/CSMAssociate role. Went through 3 rounds. First round: With the recruiter, very lovely and asked standard questions Second round: With a senior team member. This interview went well and they said with my experience, I'd be more aligned to the CSM (not assoc.) role. Third round: With the manager, in-person. He was 20 mins late to collect me from the lobby before the interview started. He explained to me that the role has now changed and they're looking for someone technical. Within 15 mins of the interview, he told me I was not a right fit due to the role change. Going from being told I would suit better to a senior role to then being rejected on the spot in an in-person interview was brutal. They really made my come in for an interview for a job that didn't exist. Truly dodged a bullet, good riddance.

      Recruiter interview then 4 rounds of interviews. Starts with hiring manager, then cross functional, then a values (TACOS) interview and finally an interview with the department leader. Mostly situational questions where they expect you to draw from examples about a time you did XYZ.
