Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Qualtrics (Provo, UT).
Entrevista
I applied online, spoke with a recruiter and then talked with the junior hiring manager.
Like many companies seeking to hire exiting strategy consultants, Qualtrics teased the potential for P&L ownership. The role is in post-sales and commissioned-based. So you're compensated based on your ability to drive revenue only. That doesn't sound like P&L responsibility under a traditional definition.
Other companies now offer exiting strategy consultants Director-level roles with equity packages and bonuses in more desirable locations. And I was shocked to learn Qualtrics doesn't offer annual salary increases, so your compensation erodes each year with inflation unless you get promoted.
That said, Qualtrics may be a good move if you're LDS and itching for a move to Provo. Or if you're enticed either by the extremely low cost of living (and real estate) in Provo or the prospect of transitioning from a post-MBA strategy consulting role to sales / account management. Otherwise, you're probably looking at moving to either SF, Seattle or Denver after a short time at Qualtrics (now SAP).
You only exit consulting once; make it count!
The process included interviews with a recruiter, the hiring manager, a peer, and a final round, where I answered questions about my reactions in client-facing situations under realistic professional pressure.
Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Qualtrics (Sydney).
Entrevista
Interviewed for Sydney, CSM/CSMAssociate role.
Went through 3 rounds.
First round: With the recruiter, very lovely and asked standard questions
Second round: With a senior team member. This interview went well and they said with my experience, I'd be more aligned to the CSM (not assoc.) role.
Third round: With the manager, in-person. He was 20 mins late to collect me from the lobby before the interview started. He explained to me that the role has now changed and they're looking for someone technical. Within 15 mins of the interview, he told me I was not a right fit due to the role change.
Going from being told I would suit better to a senior role to then being rejected on the spot in an in-person interview was brutal. They really made my come in for an interview for a job that didn't exist. Truly dodged a bullet, good riddance.

Asked about technical experience, why qualtrics, tell me about yourself.
Recruiter interview then 4 rounds of interviews. Starts with hiring manager, then cross functional, then a values (TACOS) interview and finally an interview with the department leader. Mostly situational questions where they expect you to draw from examples about a time you did XYZ.
