      Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Qualtrics.

      Entrevista

      Interviewed back in January of 2014. Waited almost three months to hear back while they hired individuals with more "position-specific experience". Was never told when I would hear back or how long the interviews would be and was often told I would interview with the wrong person. They finally reached out for a third and final interview with an arrogant veteran from a major consulting firm, an individual incapable of identifying with others and constantly looking for opportunities to demonstrate his superiority at their expense. Since he consistently acted indifferent from start to finish, I asked for some feedback after we had finished the interview. He acted as though I had deceived him because my resume didn't match his misconceptions that someone with my experience would not be as quick witted and smart aced as he was in answering his ridiculous hypothetical questions. Working for Qualtrics is not about methodical thought processes or solid judgement but how fast you can dish out impressive BS to the interviewer and, ultimately their clients. He also acted as though I had wasted his time when, in reality, he was being paid to conduct the interview and wasted my time! This wasn't just the worst interview I've ever had but rivals some of the most disappointing interpersonal interactions possible.
