In a word painful. Long delays, unresponsive recruiter, told multiple times there would be "1 more interview" and after two months of interviewing I was not offered a position. Each step I would write them off as not interested only to be brought back in for "the last interview". I'm not sure they know what they want, so it's probably hard to make a decision.
