Since I was far from the headquarters, it was all done over the phone and through e-mail. After returning a few e-mails back and forth, set up a phone interview. The man I talked with was extremely nice and helpful, though I felt we clicked and it went well, they ended up going with another candidate, but if I had the option I'd still apply and go through with them.
