4 phone/zoom interviews that were each 30-60 minutes long: screening with the recruiter, hiring manager, someone from the team, and the hiring manager's boss. It was probably the best interviewing experience I've ever had. The recruiters kept me in the loop through every step and set expectations for decision timelines and the potential pay range up front. The team I interviewed with were top-notch; I think I would've really enjoyed working with them!
