It was good. Asked some typical BQs, then you can ask some questions to the interviewer. It was a good talking, but I didn't make to the next round because the interviewer passed your result to the talent HR manager who did the final decision.

How do you build the connections or support others when they are in the face of challengings.
The interview and overall process were really good. It included an online assessment, a virtual interview, and then the final interview. The interview was fun, and I learned a lot throughout the process.

I feel like one of the most important things Quantium looks for throughout the process, in addition to your technical skills, is your ability to communicate and demonstrate your thinking.

The last round was a bit of a disappointment as the staff was quite hostile and didn't help a lot by giving inputs to a brainstorming and discussion question. I was in the last round which was technical and overall, the rounds before that were quite good.
The female HR of the behavior interview round is extremely unprofessional. She is not the HR which stated in the email. She seemed impatient and uninterested throughout the interview. This made it challenging to fully articulate my thoughts, which was quite discouraging.
Moreover, the interview concluded abruptly without any opportunity for me to ask questions. This not only left me with unresolved inquiries about the role and the company but also conveyed a lack of interest in fostering an interactive and respectful dialogue. It's essential for the interview process to be a two-way street, and the lack of professionalism displayed by the HR staff has led me to question the company culture as a whole.
