The whole process took around 2 months.
1st screening was conducted by an external recruiter, followed by a virtual interview with a partner two weeks later. A second in-person interview took place two weeks after that, involving three interviewers (a partner and two associate partners). Close to a month after the final interview, a message was sent by the external recruiter to convey that the position had been filled - No feedback was given.
The first interview was with a very personable interviewer who provided a a clear and positive overview of the company, their position, history and the advertised role. Questions were 'tell me about yourself' and some scenario-based questions.
The second interview experienced logistical challenges. The initial date was cancelled a day before, and only one alternative date and time were offered without additional options. This required multiple exchanges with the recruiter to coordinate. On the interview day, there was some uncertainty about the format among the interviewers, which caused a slight delay in starting. The interview included an introduction, a task with scenario-based questions to complete independently followed by a discussion and justification of the chosen approaches, as well as general questions about past experience.
