I was called on the phone and asked to come in for an interview. I was then brought in and sat with the director of the company and the senior engineer. We had an meeting for about an hour. After the meeting I received a phone call about an hour later with an offer.

I was asked about many personal questions I didn't feel comfortable answering but was in need of employment, I was asked if I was to look you up would you have a bunch of DWI's, I was asked if I had a family.
