Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela Quantum Health (Dublin, OH) em abr. de 2026
Entrevista
Extensive Process, Extremely Limited Follow-Up.
I interviewed for a leadership role with Quantum Health and overall had a positive impression of the people and organization. Everyone I met with throughout the process was professional, thoughtful, engaging, and clearly passionate about the company and its mission.
The interview process itself was extremely thorough, consisting of EIGHT interviews over the course of approximately a month. While I respect the organization’s desire to make thoughtful hiring decisions, the communication and closure process could be improved. After completing the interviews, I did not receive an update for several weeks and ultimately had to follow up multiple times before receiving final feedback.
For senior-level candidates investing significant time in an extensive interview process, more proactive communication and timely closure would greatly improve the candidate experience.
While the people and organization left a positive impression, the lack of communication following such an extensive interview process left me disappointed in the overall candidate experience and company as a whole.
PS I actually learned the position had been filled through a LinkedIn announcement from the selected candidate roughly a week and a half before receiving formal notification. Quantum "liked" the post, so it showed up on my feed.
Had a fine initial recruiter conversation followed by one of the more unpleasant and weird interactions I've had with hiring manager, who was checked out from the very beginning. I've had a number of interviews lately but this company was by far the worst
First round phone interview with a talent acquisition specialist, followed by in-person interview with hiring manager and their supervisor. For the in-person interview, they sent me a video about the pods at Quantum to review before the interview.
