Totally ridiculous, trying to get me to act and say weird things with odd psyche questions. They don't/wont even look at your resume or application the first interview, just the stupid psyche questions and rebuffed if you start to ask specifics of the opportunity. Hog wash. There are other interviews, 2-3 total, and the whole experience is quite weird.
