It was very thorough - obviously they take hiring seriously (which is a good thing). I had about 8 or 9 meetings throughout the process. I thought this was fantastic as it allowed me to speak to numerous people at various levels and titles. I feel like I have a very good idea of what their culture really is, what is expected of me, and what my potential can be here.

While it was a rather lengthy interview process everyone there at Quantum were super responsive. The recruiter was quick to respond to any questions I had and kept the conversations moving along really well. I actually liked that they were very involved and cared about my experience, took note of what I was looking for, and all of that showed up in my final offer about 4 weeks after my first conversation.
