Very fast. If they like you, they move fast. No BS and dragging. If you have any questions about culture, WLB, etc., you get to ask the C level cuz you will meet them in the final interviews. Prepare your questions and show why you are interested. Everyone on the team wants you to succeed because the company as a whole wants to succeed. CEO is smart and passionate about his company. I’m excited to be part of the team.

Entrevista
The interview process involved meeting with the hiring manager screening and then the following managers along the way. There are take home assignments involving how you world think based on the role you will be doing.
The whole process was very messy with at least 20+ emails going back and forth because of miscommunication from the team. The interviewers did not seem like they wanted to be there and seemed to judge when I asked clarifying questions. The team seemed to be focused more on asking the questions and getting through the interview than getting to know the person.
