We’re very sorry to hear that you were left feeling disappointed after what sounded like a positive and engaged interview process. At QiH, we aim to treat every candidate with respect, clear communication, and timely updates — and it seems in this instance, something may have gone awry.
While we try our best to keep candidates informed at every stage, it’s possible that there was a breakdown or delay in communication along the way — especially with overlapping timelines and internal scheduling. If so, we sincerely apologise. You absolutely deserved a definitive update, and we fully agree that closing the loop — even with a "no" — is far better than leaving someone in the dark.
