I attended the interview process at Quantum Leap AI and wanted to share my experience. The first round was informed as a telephonic interview via WhatsApp call. During that round, they asked about my experience, background, and technical exposure. After that, I was informed that a second round would be scheduled. However, the second interview never actually happened. Despite multiple follow-up calls and emails from my side, I did not receive any proper update or interview schedule confirmation. After around 15 days, I received a call stating that I was not selected. What confused me was that I was informed of rejection without even attending the second round that was supposedly planned. Sharing this experience for awareness and transparency regarding the interview process.
