Three interviews including the contact person, head of research and finally the CEO. the interviews were based on my experience within the field and my experience managing people. In addition each of the interviewers gave a broad lecture about the company and what was its role in the company. These were very far from reality and very idealized description. The policy of the company as well as the expectations of the person to fulfill the job were not described and most possible were not clear to the people in the company
