Interviewers and HRs are super friendly and helpful. They have been very patient, providing me hints, helps and feedbacks and really hope that I can do my best and give them a reason to hire me. I really feel they are a very collaborative team overall.

It was a fairly standard interview process with medium-difficulty questions. The main issue was that many of the interviewers themselves seemed fairly limited and often did not fully understand what they were asking. It felt more like they were repeating standard questions from a compiled list. For example, I was asked, “What is lifetime in C++?” However, the interviewer did not understand the depth of the concept and thought of it only in terms of object constructors and destructors. Another thing to watch out for is that most of their developers come from banking. While there are good developers in banks, many are not, and far too many are in QRT. There are also people there who are very protective of their positions during interviews, which is somewhat expected, given that many of the developers come from banking backgrounds.
