All hiring interviews done at Madison, NJ headquarters. 2 interviews scheduled on single visit. First interview with hiring manager. Second scheduled with senior group leader and sales director. However, group leader did not show to second meeting, and the sales director did not seem familiar with the job requirements- line of questions seemed to come out of left field and at times were at odds with expectations laid out by hiring manager. It was a somewhat puzzling experience, especially having flown in for the interview.

Are you applying for this job simply to serve as a vehicle to relocate?
Straight-forward. Recruiter reviews application and sets up interview with hiring mgr. Interview (panel) was brief and questions seemed to be read from template. Questions leaned towards knowledge of the company.

What types of large scale projects did you lead and what were results driven by.
A very long phone interview, it was difficult to complete a long interview over the phone. I would have done better in person. THere were multiple people on so it was hard to know when the question was over.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the interview process. I got to the 3rd round - first, had a phone interview with the internal recruiter, then with a hiring manager and finally with a manager of another department. After 3 rounds I was expecting to get any type of notification about the next steps, at least the automated rejecting email. I reached out to their internal recruiter, who coordinated all of my past interviews, to inquire about the status of my application and got completely ignored. I found this EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. I will never apply to this company again.
