It was very easy they ask 5 questions and like three games to play at the end. Here are the questions:
1. Please describe a time when you helped someone with a difficult situation by being compassionate.
2. Please describe a time that you provided support or a service to someone and exceeded their expectations.
3. Please describe a time you had to cope with a high pressure or stressful situation at work or school.
4. Describe a specific time when it was extremely important for you to follow a set of rules and regulations.
5. Tell me about a situation in which you needed to make an important decision quickly, but only had limited or conflicting information available to you.
The all ask you to describe the situation, your action, and the outcome(s).

Very good. Straight forward and professional, did not waste time and had good communication throughout the whole process. Looking forward to actually getting started and working there soon. I have nothing negative to say.

Had first and second interview - seemed like everything went well, was told that they would be in touch. Never heard anything back, sent a follow up email - no response. Was completely ghosted.

Entrevista
Attended an open house at one of their branch locations in my local community. As soon as I arrived I was told there were no openings in that branch and the only openings were quite a distance away. I felt misled. The only reason I went to the open house was because that office was within a reasonable driving distance. They should have specified where they were recruiting for. I met with two managers who told me to apply online. What a waste of time it was to go to the open house.
