After submitting my application, a recruiter contacted me and conducted a series of standard behavioral and problem-solving questions to assess my qualifications and fit for the position. I was changing industries, so I received a follow up call with similar questions.
Exactly as they said it would be. It was short, focused on my application, and past employment history/why I left. The entire call took 15 minutes or less, and the TA contact was very professional.

Difficult, cumbersome, not streamlined. Time from application to hiring was extensive. Various HR personnel and management involved, multiple interviews with team members. Position was posted for various weeks and system issues led for it to need to be republished and re-applied to.
